Beef Eye Silverside.

Abu Ahmad Butchery’s Beef Eye Silverside is a cut from the outside thigh that is full of flavour and provides a course texture.

It’s best cooked on low heat for longer periods of time due to the less marbling.

Accompanies perfectly with vegetables and gravy to enhance the flavours.
